Redemption option The voucher can be redeemed in all Golf Hose branches, in the Golf House webshop or via telephone order acceptance. Please note that the vouchers you purchase are themselves subject to separate terms and conditions. Number of redeemable vouchers Several vouchers can be redeemed per order. Validity The voucher is valid for 3 years from the date of issue. Remaining credit Will be booked to the customer account. A cash payment is not possible. It is also not possible to offset against purchases already made. Each voucher is redeemable only once Delivery conditions Please refer to the website for delivery information Redemption description In the store When redeeming in-store, hand in your gift voucher or discount voucher when paying at the checkout. In the webshop To redeem a gift certificate or discount voucher in the web store, click on "Redeem Gift Certificate" in the checkout process on the last page ("Check and Pay") under the total price of your shopping cart and then enter your gift certificate code in the field provided. The voucher value will thereby be deducted from the order.
